Black screen when iPhone plugged in before start up
2023 Aviator Reserve. Had this issue since new with no resolution. I have heard the same issues exist in previous years and on the Navigators. iPhone Plugged in before start up and the screen stays black until I unplug the phone an plug it back in. CarPlay never worked ... well worked once
I have a 2019 MKC, which I purchased used from the dealer. Apple CarPlay does not come up for my phone or for anyone else's iPhone either.
