Hello all, For the past few months my windshield wipers have gotten stuck halfway up the windshield unless I have it on the highest speed. Intermittent wiper function doesn't work. 1999 Town Car.
I posted this question some time ago and the popular idea of the fix was to replace the controller. I did. (My back still hurts!) Wiper problem persists. The wipers work on constant speed but when trying to use intermittent, they just do what they want. A swipe now, in a few seconds...- riverguy
