Hello, I’m curious to know if the intake manifold heater hose nipple can be replaced without replacing the entire intake manifold? Plastic heater hose nipple broke/or rotted off, causing coolant leak overheating. 2001 Lincoln town car V8 engine.

The intake manifold was replaced on my 2000 Lincoln Towncar signature series and got new spark plugs... and now it won't crank. Anyone got any guesses as to why it won't crank? The battery was tested and is fine.
