disc brake

Afternoon all!! Just brought my first running project. One of the first jobs I'd like to do is convert the drums to discs on the front and possibly back depending on price. Does anyone have any suggestions on kits etc? Also bonus if I can source the kit in england. Thanks in advance for any imput.
