calls

I have a loud crackle while I'm on Bluetooth calls with an Android (Galaxy S21+) phone on 2024 Nautilus Reserve II Hybrid. It happens whether it's an inbound or outbound call. It doesn't sound like a blown speaker, just a really loud crackle during the entire call. Has anyone found a solution...
