Ball joint help!!!!!
So I need to change my lower ball joints on my 97 Continental. I need some assistance. Is there a step by step guide or just some tips on what I all need to remove in order to do this? I got as far as removing the brake caliper and the castle nut on the ball joint but there appears to be a bar...- msbjorklund

Easy and cheap ball joint seal (dust boot) replacement
Just thought someone might find this useful. My ball joint seals had cracked / split; the ball joints themselves are otherwise good (tight with no free play and resistance to turning).
