CarPlay never worked ... well worked once
I have a 2019 MKC, which I purchased used from the dealer. Apple CarPlay does not come up for my phone or for anyone else's iPhone either. The car does recognize my phone via Bluetooth and USB, so I can play my Google Maps sound and Amazon music via USB attachment through the sound system, but...- DanBusler
