2013 MKX dead battery & key not working
My parents car was locked and not used for a while and battery died. Can unlock it with fob and the metal key in it also is useless. The bolt isn’t even connected to it! What can we do to unlock the car to at least open that hood to charge or change the battery?- RichardMKX

2013 MKX Nav SD card not recognized
Have a 2013 MKX that recently started to not recognize the Nav SD card. Have removed the SD card, master reset Sync and even replaced the SD card to no avail. Any tips or tricks to correct this or does it require taking into the dealership.- magsandlindz

Advice on color, rims/tires for CPO 2013 MKX
Hi All, Preparing to purchase a CPO 2013 MKX. Main question is whether to get the 18 polished rims with OEM Michelins or get the 20s or 22s with OEM Pirellis? I know the larger rims will look better, but I think the 18s may provide a more comfortable and quiet ride? We are Floridians and just...- Ghp3fl
