Maybe electrical issues

2002 LS heater not hot and A/C not cold
I have performed a self test on climate control panel and comes up... 16 76° My check engine light is on with a P0401 code but that is referring to an EGR problem most likely not related. How can i find out what the 16 and 76° mean?....- Texasmike16
