2023 Aviator subwoofer keeps blowing

Hi Mocollins. I was wondering the same thing as tvanhall above.

In addition, have the first three subwoofers been replaced under warranty? What has your Lincoln dealership Service Department stated may be the issue? Have they given any push-back on continuing to replace them?

If you are not excessively blasting the system, it would seem there is some sort of underlying issue that may need proper diagnosis and correcting.

I am sure others will also jump in to help, so keep us updated and good luck.

Yes. Same problem I went with an aftermarket subwoofer and it made a huge difference. STOP replacing the factory subwoofer, it's a cheap "paper" speaker. I have the 28 speaker system as well

I just came across this thread and see that the OP is not responding to any posts. Perhaps he is no longer following the thread or the forum.
I can only guess that the issue is due to the volume that he is playing the sound at. This is not a known issue.
