2025 navigator power tailgate

I was wondering if anyone else is having this trouble with there power tailgate 99% of the time the only way I can get to work is to be sitting in the drivers seat. It wont work with key fob or the button on the tailgae?
I had in the shop 2 times and still not fixed. My second row console it rattles and shake just hitting a small
bump. This is very frustrating !

If you take your vehicle to the dealership or any shop, don't just describe the problem and hand them the keys. Show them the problem!

When you pick up the vehicle and before you leave, verify the problem is fixed. No one likes come backs!
