My Lincoln
2025 Nautilus
Hello all. Has anyone figured out a way to install a bath and body works air freshener clip on the vent? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Highly recommend against all air fresheners. They leak and when they do they literally eat the finish off anything that liquid comes in contact with. Working at a dealership I see this all the time. And its wicked expensive to replace the trim depending on what piece gets ruined. Since its a 2025 I recommend to use the digital scent instead.

I didn't get it with my 2025 Nautilus. Can it be added on to the vehicle?

Added after the fact? No. But if you insist on having an air freshener, make sure its of the dry type not liquid. And place it where it wont get on anything such as under the seats. The oils they use in these things is extremely corrosive to interior trim. I dont know why but it is. One drop and your trim will start peeling where it touched the oil. By dry I mean like the trees or those california fresheners in a can thats just oil soaked cardboard. Those you can place under the seat and if somehow it escapes its can, itll only touch the carpet which wont be affected by the oils. Far safer.

Thanks so much!

I have 2 different brands of dry air fresheners that clip into the vents. I got them at my local supermarket. They were cheap, but the scent isn’t strong, and doesn’t last long.

Awhile back, before getting this Nautilus with the digital scent, I used these wooden pucks that you put on your visor (with a clip that you get on your first purchase). The wooden puck only touches the clip so no dripping. The scents were nice. I was part of their 'scent of the month' club or something where you'd get a new one each month and that seemed to be the correct time frame (i.e. it was getting weak smelling after a month).

I guess it's been awhile since I've been there as I see they now have wood and stone versions as well as vent clip ons. It's way more expensive than the carboard ones you get at the gas station, but it's way classier too.
