- 2024 Navigator Reserve L
I'm fairly certain that second row massage is only available on the Black Label - but I could be wrong!

For the second row, it is an option on the reserve trim. That option also comes with the second row console. But I do not have that option.I'm fairly certain that second row massage is only available on the Black Label - but I could be wrong!
The dealership service told me yesterday…get this…. The trim pieces that are supposed to be under the roof rack bars, were cut out of the design for the 2024 model for cost cutting.
When I get my car back, I will take a photo of the open rivets. You just have to stand on slide out step and look at the roof. Apparently, the 2023 has the trim. The 2024 doesn’t. This is crazy. Can you post pics?
I'm just curious. To be honest, I've never looked at the topside of my Navigator.![]()
Without having my car - attached is just a screenshot of another Navigator with my arrows showing where the rubber trim is supposed to go. Without that trim, all you see are open rivets of the two pieces of sheet metal being joined together. The next time I think of it, I'll take a look at my 2024.
Trim or not, I do not have any water intrusion after a year of sitting outside (because it won't fit in the garage).

I don't know what the ones with the trim pieces look like, but I did peek under the rails of my 2024 the other day before leaving for a trip...

I presume the trim piece mimics the one in front of the rail?

I'd bet the seam below the front trim piece is identical and the trim piece doesn't appear to be watertight. So evidently the actual seam is both structural and watertight despite the observation of what appears to be rivets?
If you have holes in/around the rivets then maybe you have a legitimate complaint.
Otherwise... much to do about nothing.
For the price of this car, why remove things even if it’s just for show?
