2024 delivery schedule

The reason for my frustration is that an 85,000 dollar car should not have a 8 month waiting for it. And why is it that they are the ones making money but we are doing their job for them, and sitting around asking for updates but they get the commission. I have bought so many cars in my life and they were mostly all over at least 100K, and I have never had to wait 8 months for them that is ridiculous. If I didn't have to wait 8 months for a 250K car why am I waiting 8months for a 85K Lincoln that is common that is just too much in my opinion and I do not trust Lincoln anymore. This car. isn't even in that high demand compared to others but they are acting like this car is some president which in my book isn't going to play and therefore I'm out. They act like this car competes with Rolls Royce. Honestly I should buy a Rolls and then stroll down to the Lincoln dealership and be like I bought this instead, and tell them in person I am not interested.
I hear you, but production didn't really start until October, and the hybrids in November. If you order before production starts, you can't weigh that against them.

So Lincoln and Ford dealerships are closing the ones that are combined. And then in that space either Ford or Lincoln will come back but alone. So every combined dealership will split up and go solo mode somewhere else.
Their giving an incentive for the Lincoln places to close. So I think it's only the Lincoln dealerships that will be leaving the space. But I'm not that close to it. You now know about as much as me. Someone on the forum probably has more details.

I've kinda asked this question before, but now that these cars are on the ground, have you asked your dealer to locate your exact spec at another dealership? At $85K, you must be talking about a BL, and there just aren't many BL variables (drivetrain, colors, Jet Appearance). I learned about the '24 Nautilus when the press embargo was lifted last week. I test drove it that day, ordered it the next day, and my dealer swapped cars with another dealer for my exact spec within an hour. I'm under the impression there's a lot of these cars out there right now, but maybe I just got lucky. Dunno.

With due respect, it's not reasonable to say that you've been waiting 8 months. When the car was announced and orders were opened, it was very clear in the press releases and website that the car would start to be available in "early 2024." These cars started to be delivered to customers exactly on the timeframe that they have always claimed.

Ordered a Hybrid November 11, 2023. Recieved confirmation same day.
Vehicle is now on a rail car somewhere between KC and Jax.
No complaints on timing.

Rolls Royce factory orders are 6-15 months... Audi is 6-10 months right now and Porsche is 3 months claimed. Lincoln is building and delivering in about 3 months. You ordered during a pre-order period well before job 1 started. Your issue might be that the salesman didn't communicate that to you. Job 1 was 9/6/23 and custom orders don't start until 5 consecutive days of error free builds. First cars arrived in January and hybrids started delivery in February.

Has anyone had any luck with concierge helping with tracking their vehicle? I have tried calling twice and I don’t get any information other than it’s in transit. How are some of you getting more information?

Not new to lincoln but I am new to this forum...long story short I own a 2021 lincoln avitor which I love, now fast forward to 2024, I saw the lincoln nautilis and knew I had to get it. I leased the 2024 nautilus 2 months ago. The car was already built and in transit when I made the deal. They promised it would take two weeks. Here we are 2 months later and no one has answers for me. I contacted lincoln way and they told me the car status says delivered. They called my dealership and they also stated it has been delivered but for whatever reason, the car is not in the lot. Has anyone experienced anything like this? It's a struggle to ever get a call from my sales rep so I had to call lincoln way. No one has a clear answer as to why it says delivered.

That's odd.. mine only said delivered after the sale was complete. it was final prep once it arrived at the dealer. Hopefully they didn't sell from under you.

That's what I said!!! Every time I call my dealer they give me the run around that they will call me back and never do. I finally called lincoln concierge and they confirmed the vehicle states delivered via vinview. I'm so confused. It looks like I will be driving to the dealer this weekend to get answers. I'm so excited and anxious and I knew I had to wait a while but the deal has been done since January all papers were signed sp I hope they didn't sell my car to someone else 😕

Enter your vin into the lincolnway app and see what it says.

Is it safe to enter the VIN into the Lincoln Way app before you have the car? I was concerned that I might be doing something out of order by doing that and screw some of the tech up. Mainly concerned that it would try to connect to the car when I entered the VIN and when it couldn't, I'd mess something up.

Yeah it will just be unavailable. You have to accept in the car to complete registration

Does the app give you car delivery information? Just wondering why you'd want to do this before you get the car.

No nothing of the sort. It should just say its not available. If its previously been registered it may give a different error though.
I entered mine the day I got the vin. A few times it attempted to connect once the car was built but it just timed out.

I entered my VIN into the Lincoln Way app right after I got the VIN, about four months before I bought it. But without connected services, there wasn't much that could be done.

I assume you don't have an order number, so you can't check VOS.

Try searching on the VIN via Google or the dealers website. The vehicle should show up if it hasn't been officially sold.

Hi jeffcarp. Pretty much what Jacyte stated. There are several steps necessary to connect the LincolnWay app on your phone to the vehicle. One of those steps involves accepting the app connection on the SYNC screen in the vehicle.
Therefore, unless the process has changed with the new Google based system, you can not finalize the connection without being in the vehicle.

Good luck.

Got it. Thanks. I was just hoping to find a way to know more about which ship my car was on. When I ask my dealer for VINView information I barely get a complete sentence back from them. And it's along the lines of "we'll let you know." Without their willingness to some me the VINView screen, it sounds like I don't have any other options for information.

I did that the day I signed the paperwork but since I don't have the car physically I can't connect to the car. Would be great If doing that would track the location of vehicle 🤣 I knew I had to wait but it would be nice to get clearer answers. If they do somehow answer me back it's always an "oh we should get it before the week ends" and Here we are two months later.

You didn't have an 8 month waiting period. The order banks opened at the end of April 2023. Production of the 2024 Nautilus didn't start until mid-September 2023 so you had 4 months of orders ahead of yours.
