MY2023 Aviator Order Timeline Tracking thread

It's weird to me also. I ordered July 17. Received confirmation email on July 17th, and I have not received anything else. Black, Reserve 1 Package, Jet Package, Luxury Package, and Illumination Package.

I guess it's not a real big deal since I am trading in a 21' Pristine White Aviator. It's not as loaded as the one I am ordering. I also never liked the black plastic trim around the bottom of the vehicle
Hi Butterfly, I ordered 7/28 and haven't received an update other my confirmation either.

Welcome to the Forum. 👋

Took delivery on our 2023 GT today. I was disappointed when Android Auto was not wireless. Also, hd an issue starting the vehicle after 200 mile drive. Dealer has been wonderful, but when a car is this price AA wireless should be standard.

Hi guys! Love this group!

6/25 Order Confirmed, removed liftgate :)
8/22 In production
Not sure if my line # is 1652 OR #6289

First time Lincoln owner but replacing a 2020 Fdrd Explorer. So excited!
My baby shipped! Should be here between the 12th & 18th. Going to be a great bday present to myself. :)

7/26 - car finished production
8/5 - notified it was shipped - by truck - estimated delivery of 8/16
I started looking at trackerapp since my dealer won't look up delivery information. Estimated delivery 102 days.
8/28 tracker app went offline and can't access anymore. I've been waiting 8 months, what's a few more?

You got a sweetheart of a dealer there...Him and I wouldn't get along well at all.

It’s been very frustrating. The only choice I have is to walk away and have no car. I found the “sweet” text to be unprofessional - we aren’t friends.

Agreed. And the " I'm not sure we can track it" is a blatant lie. They have access to Oasis, and within is Vehicle Visibility. Fords own tracking program.
I'd be knocking on the owners door and tell him/her what i want him/her to do right now! And print it out for me too!

There is always the sales manager. I would contact him. You are paying good money for a vehicle and should receive communication.

my dealer has been texting me along the way. While I wasn't able to get a DORA from them, I did get a text yesterday saying my build date was updated to 9/8 (next week!!) which obviously was great news. I haven't gotten the Lincoln email yet with that confirms this, so kind of taking the news lightly at this time. One thing I've learned, the process is VERY inconsistent from dealer to dealer, from person to person, and I'm sure the whole supply and chip shortage just adds an additional wrinkle to this.

Well, I can say this is a first. An Allen wrench punctured my tire on day 4 of ownership and just at 100 miles. Thankfully it could be patched and back in business.

Did you at least get to keep the allen wrench? ;)

2023 Black Label Grand Touring, ordered 04/14/2022 in Build 8/26/2022
I think it really depends on your build. If you choose the high end trim like GT or black label and the dynamic handling, it might push the date further down due to the parts availability compared to standard or reserve.

I got that email today! you made me reopen it to be sure it was sent to me and mine was the only address listed.
They seem to be moving in BIG batches.

I ordered a Black Label, dynamic handling.
