The Lincoln Chauffeur service, offering Lincoln clients the option of a highly trained driver who also can assist with daily errands, expands to San Diego today.
The pilot program, which began in Miami earlier this year, is the latest example of client-centered experiences that Lincoln is adding to its repertoire, focusing on making ownership more effortless.
“This is just one more way we provide services to our clients,” says Eric Cin, Lincoln client services manager. “For Lincoln, it’s all about the experience.”
Lincoln Chauffeur provides a carefully screened, highly trained driver when needed, enabling clients to enjoy the safety and the familiarity of their own vehicle – from the comfort of the rear seats.
This exclusive client membership service is provided in collaboration with RedCap Technologies. The service provides more than personal transportation; drivers also can assist clients with other tasks like fueling and washing the vehicle and also can run other errands, like picking up dry cleaning.
Lincoln today introduces the 2018 Navigator, an all-new full-size SUV that combines modern luxury with advanced technology – elevating family travel to first class.
Wireless charging and standard Wi-Fi keep everyone connected. Advanced technology allows the driver to effortlessly adjust the vehicle to make driving easier or more enjoyable – in any weather or terrain. With more space for your belongings than any other large SUV*, the all-new Navigator assures almost nothing is left behind.
“Quiet luxury is both a look and a feeling,” says Kumar Galhotra, president, The Lincoln Motor Company. “The all-new Navigator embodies both. The sleek styling, spacious interior and technology are all designed to make each trip effortless.”
Navigator’s elegance is on display before the doors even open. Upon approach, the chrome Lincoln star logo on the grille softly illuminates**. Then, LED lighting in the lower front body and taillamps subtly engages, and a luminous Lincoln welcome mat appears beneath the front doors.
Versatile shades of blue, popular in spring designer collections, create the signature Black Label theme of the 2017 Lincoln Continental.
Rhapsody uses a rich blend of materials to create a layered effect that complements the monochromatic tone in shades of blue.
The materials are purposely arranged to flow like water: Glossier materials highlight the upper portion of the interior, while more lush touch points are lower, down to the softer, thicker carpet. Supple leather, rich Alcantara® sueded cloth, mesh and shearling combine to create an exceptionally diverse tactile experience.
“Rhapsody takes a bit of our Lincoln heritage, our signature blue, and modernizes it,” says David Woodhouse, design director, The Lincoln Motor Company. “It’s soft, it’s beautiful, and it’s truly inspiring.”
The versatility of blue is part its allure. The Pantone Color Institute placed three blue shades in the Top 10 colors of the season as part of a palette based on the relaxing, refreshing beauty of nature.
