I have a 1973 Continental Town Car with a am/fm 8track.
The station indicator does not work, and the tape player seems to work occationally.
Where can I send the radio/tape player for repair?

Hi ling. In order to get a ~48 year old radio/8 track repaired, you would need to look for audio/electronics shops that specialize in classic/legacy audio systems.

There are also a few audio manufacturers that make replica head units. Modern components that look like the originals. I do not know if this would be available for a 1973 Continental Town Car.

My thoughts are that either of the above may be tough to find. Perhaps another member has a shop or online source they can recommend.

Unless you are dead set on keeping the car factory original, I would look to replace the system with something more modern.

Let us know how you make out and good luck.

Edit- I Googled "vintage car radio repair" and came up with links to companies/shops that state they repair/refurbish them. I can't vouch for any of them, but it might be worth your while to take a look.
