Hello!

I'm gonna replace lower control arm bushings (rearward). How to take it off? Do I need some puller to remove old ones or they will come off itself after I unscrew the nuts? What is the torque spec?

Thank you!

I have finally replaced them. It was quite straightforward. Here is how original bushings look after 15 years and 180k miles )
