I have a 2007 signature limited. Is it normal for the heater fan to speed up/slow down when i speed up/slow down driving the car?

NO.

If the interior blower fan speed varies with engine RPM there may be a charging system issue.

Unless you have the A/C set on full auto, it should not vary the fan speed.

Just stopped at Autozone, they checked battery & alternator. Battery test all 100%.
Alternator- came up bad charging system, bad diodes

Assuming you are replacing the alternator, post back about fan speed operation.

Talked to my mechanic, he said if the battery is 100% dont worry about until it causes problems. But my pro active side says to change before it dies or acts up. Want would you do?

Replaced alternator, heat-a/c fan doesn't fluctuate in speed. Got the alternator through Amazon, had good reviews, price drop for black friday. Easy to put in. Nothing, no charge. Battery light came on. Thru my mechanic, napa had a good one about $110 more. Put in, no lights, runs good

Many alternators are easy to change out. Especially on a modular engine.
Surprised Amazon alternator did not work. It should be returnable or exchangeable
