Hi:

I have a 2004 Lincoln Aviator. The driver's side heated seat/ac is not working. The switch for heat/ac does not light up and seat does not get warm or cold.I checked the fuses.
The passenger side seat is working fine.
Also, the heat for the car does not work but the AC works.
Does anyone know what could be wrong.
Thank you

Sorry to state that your vehicle is old--almost 13 model years. To repair the seat, most likely the coils are broken from wear/tear. Unless you're very handy, costly to repair unless there's a air filter that requires replacement. Your heat issue could be two things---does the heater core get hot? If not, the core could be blocked--trying flushing it out. Otherwise if the core gets hot, I think you have a blend door motor issue or the door could be jammed due to a shaft failure.
