B Pillar

I have the black B pillar covers and, of course, they’re pretty dingy lookin. What have any of you tried to do to improve the covers? Any super special stuff that can be used to clean these covers up and make EM shine again?

Mine had some sort of whitish color on them, looked like oxidation of some sort. Just a guess but those get lots of fingerprints and that residue could have caused the issue. I just cleaned them very well every time I cleaned the car which was often, and kept them waxed. They just kept looking better and after a couple years they look almost like new.

Just wax? No plastic restorer. I’ll give it a try.

I treated mine like paint and did rubbing compound, polishing compound, then a good cleaner wax, by hand, and they came out pretty nice. It's something you have to do fairly often, that I haven't because crazy winter, but they were plenty presentable when I did. I try not to touch them as well, skin oils and all that.
