    $12,000 too much? Not sure of the trim level, but according to my brother it is mint.

    Given that these cars can and will go 500,000 or more if maintained, the low mileage means little. I would never pay $12,000 for a car that is now 10 years old but that's just me. If you want a well maintained last generation Town Car for 1/4 that price, you can buy mine.

    NADA retail for a clean 2008 TC is $9000. I'd never offer more than book retail.

    Always remember, on older vehicles it's not necessarily the mileage. Every component is still ten years old!
    When will the windows give out? The AC compressor? The air suspension?
    At ten years, the car could very well need $2-3000 additional maintenance in the next year.
    As mentioned, $9000 book. I'd have to offer a lot less and work up a bit.
    I know this is an older post, give us an update.
