2nd owner/Lincoln Way App Issues

This may be an underhand toss, but I bought a used 2017 Continental. I downloaded the Lincoln Way App, which I was already on. I dropped my previous MKT, and add the VIN for this car. Now, the app has said, “Waiting for approval by an authorized owner”, for nearly a month!! I did clear out the previous owner cell information, but didn’t do a master reset. I was really looking forward to being able to use the app features, but I’m getting no love, here. Hi socialninja. I do not know the answer off the top of my head. However, here is what I would do/what I would recommend: If you can not get any assistance here, have you utilized the LincolnWay FAQ pages on the Lincoln Owners website for help?
I would also advise calling the Lincoln Concierge for help. They can probably reset the account.

Oh crap... I had this issue... and I forgot what I had to do to fix it... I 'think' you have to go into the Lincoln App in the Sync 3 menu and allow it... it's waiting for you to do that, then the phone app should work.... mine has since I found out... but that was back in March... if it comes down to it, the dealer, or Concierge will gladly assist.

OH, WAIT... I remembered.... did you set it up on another device and just now switch phones? You have to allow it on the old phone (if you can)

OR, it should be asking the old owner about it... if they still have it setup.... I'm sure the Concierge can reset it.

Ok. It seems, from the replies, that the prudent action is to engage the Concierge. Thank you! I’ll let you know how it turns out. Next is to engage to onboard modem. I’m thinking everything will fall into line, once this issue get resolved 🙏🏽
