2020 Corsair Hood not closing

Tommy Boy

Hood would not latch down fully.( New type Drops last 14 Inches to lock by itself) as per manual. Dealer found " Rubber Bumpers " too high. Hope this helps others.

Those rubber bumpers are something else. My previous focus hood was skewed after taking it in for service, and while it would latch it looked terribly uneven when viewed from straight on. I was about to take it in to get them to look at it as I thought maybe something happened while in for service and I got to playing with those rubber bumpers and you can turn them clock/counter-clockwise to raise and lower them. That's all it ended up being.

Very interesting as I've never seen these things before (I've never had to look for them)
