I have a 2007 Lincoln Navigator and the moon roof will not close. The switch was operative to open the roof but would not inoperative to close. Currently I'm getting no response from the switch. Does anyone have a suggestions to assist my with trouble shooting this problem? Please advise. Thanks.

the button needs to be replaced. They all go back at some point in time and need be replaced with either a new OEM one or Aftermarket one from ebay. Same goes for the power door lock button as well as the power mirror buttons. It just happens sometimes
