1999 lincoln town car rim swap with 95 tc

Hello everyone, i could use some help.
I'm inherting 4 rims from a 95 lincoln town car.
I wanted to know if they will fit a 1999 lincoln town car.
Here are specs.
1995: 215/70 R15
1999: 225/60 R16
Same lug pattern.
Here are more specs via pics.
I see the differences. But I was wondering if it was possible..
I'm not sure if anyone has tried it.
I haven't seen any pictures of ppl posting it.

They would fit if you swap to 95-97 front brake calipers and wheel bearings. Otherwise the rims will only fit on the rear as 1998+ brought bigger front brakes that were standard and thus no 15" rim option.

Thanks for the input. Yea I figured that was the reason. its going up on ebay..lol
