Do you have technical documents for a 2003 Town car? My wipers will not turn off. It is an intermittent problem. I removed the fuse and they started working again after a few days. Now they won't stop! Help. Thanks

The procedures to deal with a 2003 and up Town Car are attached. Many problems are caused by the wiper motor sitting in water from the cowl drain that is blocked. The wiper motor and multi function switch work together to ground combinations of circuits to operate all the functions so water tends to do the grounding in some cases. There are two more procedures in following post that will help with adjusting the position of wiper blade and arm, and how to remove the multi function switch.

The body of the 1998 thru 2002 is much the same as the 2003 and up. so I would think the 2007 procedures above should work fine, but I don't know for certain. I am on Windows 10 and it will not run my software for the 2002 and earlier models nor my virtual software to run XP for all my software.
